General Instruction:

Polyacrylamide is water-soluble linear polymer with high molecular weight. According to the ionic character, it can be divided into three types: anion, cation and non-ion.
It can absorb suspended solid particles in water, bridge and neutralize the charges between particles, and agglomerate the particles to form large flocs.
It can effectively improve solid-liquid separation process in municipal and all industrial wastewater treatment, especially in sludge dewatering in different unit like belt press, plate press, screw press, and decanter centrifuge.

Solution making of polyacrylamide

Before using,dissolve polyacrylamide with tap water at a ratio of 0.1%-0.5% and stir until fully dissolved.
Do not use iron materials to stir or hold PAM, because the reaction performance of PAM will decrease when it encounters iron.
The dosage needs to be calculated through laboratory pilot tests, with the aim of achieving the aggregation of flocs and presenting the phenomenon of sludge-water separation.
It is better to use up the prepared PAM solution within 24 hours.
Products should be stored in unopened package in a dry atmosphere at temperature no higher than 35℃.
