80% Charge CPAM Cationic Polyacrylamide Flocculant For Enhanced Liquid Solid Separation
  • Polymer flocculents can help significantly reduce water content in mud cakes, from 98% to 70%. They facilitate efficient capture of solids, leading to better throughput and higher cake solids.
  • Moreover, these flocculants are very easy to use: simply dissolve them in water and they are ready to work. Moderately high doses are not necessarily needed as they are quite economical and effective at lower levels. And finally, they perform well regardless of pH.

Instruction of polyacrylamide

  1. Before using,dissolve polyacrylamide with tap water at a ratio of 0.1%-0.5% and stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Do not use iron materials to stir or hold PAM, because the reaction performance of PAM will decrease when it encounters iron.
  3. The dosage needs to be calculated through laboratory pilot tests, with the aim of achieving the aggregation of flocs and presenting the phenomenon of sludge-water separation.
  4. It is better to use up the prepared PAM solution within 24 hours.
  5. Products should be stored in unopened package in a dry atmosphere at temperature no higher than 35℃.
