Key Advantages
  • Economical to use with lower dosage levels
  • Easily soluble in water with rapid dissolution
  • Non-corrosive at suggested dosage levels
  • Can eliminate use of alum and ferric salts as primary coagulants
  • Reduces sludge in dewatering process systems
  • Faster sedimentation and better flocculation
  • Non-polluting (no aluminum, chlorine, or heavy metal ions)
  • 10 years manufacturing experience with over 20 technical engineers

Application Guidelines
The dosage range varies from 0.2 - 3.0 ppm depending on effluent type and application. Always conduct jar testing to evaluate performance and determine optimal dosage.
Jar Test Procedure
Place effluent sample in a beaker, add designated flocculant, agitate for 1 minute at 100-120 rpm, then slowly agitate at 60 rpm. Observe floc formation and note sedimentation rate and top solution clarity.
Dispersion and Dissolving Procedures
Dissolving Time: Most flocculants require approximately 1 hour of agitation for complete dissolution. Incomplete mixing or lumping may inhibit performance.
Agitation Speed: Ideal revolution is 200-400 rpm. High-speed agitation without motor revolution reduction may damage flocculant molecules.
Dissolving Concentration: Standard concentration is 0.1-0.2%. Starting at slightly higher concentration then diluting before use is also effective.
Safety Precautions
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves, and boots. Wash skin splashes immediately with water. For eye exposure, flush with fresh water and seek medical attention. Do not ingest. Refer to MSDS for complete safety details.

Functional Principles
Flocculation Mechanism
Adsorbs suspension particles, polymer chains entangle and cross-link to form bridging structures, enhancing flocculation through surface adsorption and electric neutralization.
Reinforcing Mechanism
PAM molecule chains form bridging bonds, ion bonds, and covalent bonds with dispersed phases to increase combination strength.
