High Efficient Decoloring Agent Polymer Coagulant Used of Printing Ink Effluent Color Treatment

• DCA-58 is a polymer coagulant for de-coloring, flocculating, CODcr decreasing and other applications.

• It is used to remove color of waste water with strong decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%).

• By providing a large number of cations, the negative charge is brought on dye molecules are neutralized instability, at the same time with DCA-58 by a large number of hydrolysis of flocs, so as to achieve the purpose of decolorization.

As per customers requirements, we test this effluent by 2 methods.
Take 50ml effluent, adjust PH value to 7-9, and add 0.4ml DCA-58, mix and add 1ml PAC, and   mix again. Keep PH about 7.  And then add PAM solution.  After these process,the effluent become light blue. Check as below pictures.

• Dilutes with 10 - 40 times water and then dosed into the waste water Directly, after being mixed for several minutes, it can be precipitated or Air-floated to become clear water
• pH index of the waste water should be adjusted to 7 - 10 for better Result
• If colority and COD are relatively high, it can be used with the help of Polyaluminum chloride to reduce treatment cost, whether polyaluminum Chloride is used before or afterwards depends on the flocculation test And the treatment process
