Cationic Polyamine Polymer Flocculants 42751-79-1 for Sewage Treatment Super Floc 577

Polyamine is mainly used to synthesize high molecular water treatment complex. It often works as decolourant , flocculant, Electric neutralization, adsorbent , clarifier.
It is especially effective with charged particles while inorganic flocculant are ineffective to it .
It can be blended with inorganic polymers in water purification for better performance, such as polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and aluminum chlorohydrate (ACH) .

Typical WTP/ETP Applications

Primary and secondary clarification: turbidity and suspended solids reduction with compact flocs
Industrial effluent treatment: textile chemical food paper and mining wastewater
Sludge conditioning: improved cake solids and press throughput
Tertiary polishing: support filter performance and stable effluent quality

Dosage and Preparation

When used alone, it should be diluted to the concentration of 0.5%-0.05%.
When used to treat different source water or waste water, the dosage is based on the turbidity andthe concent solid content ration of the water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial. Thedosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can bemixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs can not be broken.
It is better to dose the product continuously.
