Product Description:

Its purifying effect on low-temperature, low turbidity and heavily organic polluted raw water is much better than other organic flocculants, also the treatment cost is lowered by 20-80%.
It can lead to quick formation of folc (epecially at low temperature) with big size and rapid precipitation service life of cellular filter of sedimentation basin.
The dosage is smaller than that of other flocculants, which is better for improving the quality of treated water.
It has widerange adaptability to the waters at different temperatures (in the summer and the winter) and at different regions (in the south and the north of China).
It is suitable for automatic dosing device of alum.
It can adapt to a wide range of pH value (59), and can reduce the pH value and basicity after processing.

Product Advantages

The water quality after purification by polyaluminium chloride(PAC) is better than that of aluminium sulfate coagulant, and the water purification cost is 15-30% lower than that of aluminium sulfate.
The floccules are formed quickly and the sedimentation speed is fast, which has a larger processing capacity than traditional products such as aluminium sulfate.
The alkalinity of the consumed water is lower than that of various inorganic coagulants, so no or less alkali agent can be added.
The applicable sewage can be condensed in the pH range of 5.0-9.0. It has low corrosiveness, good operating conditions and better solubility than aluminium sulfate.
The salt content in the treated water increases less, which is conducive to ion exchange treatment and high-purity water production, and its adaptability to source water temperature is better than inorganic coagulants such as aluminium sulfate.

Usage Guidelines

Solid PAC requires dilution before dosing (2%-20% for solid, 5%-50% for liquid)
Recommended dosage: 1-15g/MT for solid, 3-40g/MT for liquid
Lower acidity than other inorganic coagulants
PAC solution should not be stored for more than one week
