Chemical Coagulation and Flocculation Decolorization DCA-01 Water Decoloring Agent for Textile Wastewater

DCA-01 is high efficient decolorizing flocculants are organic polymer compound polymers independently researched and developed by our company, integrating decolorizing, flocculation, COD, BOD reduction and other multi-functions, and belong to flocculation and decolorizing water treatment agent. It has a wide range of decolorization and does not affect the biochemical system.

Product Overview

It is suitable for anodic oxidation, textile printing and dyeing, hardware plating, papermaking, pigment, oily sewage, chemical sewage, ink sewage color treatment, and it reduces other pollutants in the water, and the chromaticity of the sewage to improve the quality of the effluent water. It can be applied to water reuse, pretreatment of small amount of high concentration colored sewage, oil field drilling and other fields.

Small-scale process as follows

Take a appropriate amount of wastewater(Over 200ml) from a beaker and adjust the PH value to 7.5~9.0;
Dilute the required reagents, decolorizing agent, diluted 50 times(i.e. 2% mass concentration),polyaluminum chloride(PAC) diluted 50times, polyacrylamide (PAM) diluted 1000times.
Add the reagents dropwise, first add decolorizing agent, stir, then add polyaluminum chloride stir, and finally add(PAM) stir and let stand(whether to add decolorizing agent or polyaluminum chloride first depends on the experiment of different wastewater)
Observe whether the color of supernatant meets the requirements if not, adjust the dosage of the reagent and repeat the third step.
Calculate the dosage of decolorizing agents and other chemical per ton of wastewater based on experimental data.

Storage

Store in cool conditions (-5-50ºC) to prevent freezing and heat damage. When stored correctly, DCA-58 maintains specifications for at least 12 months from manufacture date.
