Anionic polyacrylamide powder(APAM) could be used in industrial and urban wastewater treatment.
The treatment of industrial wastewater or the mixture of industrial and urban wastewater normally use middle/low electric density and middle/high molecular weight product.
The treatment of urban sewage use middle/high electric density, midde/high molecular molecular weight product.The treatment of sludge need use high electric density product for better effect.
APAM could treat wasted water effectively after concentration and flotation process.

Function: polyacrylamide is the preferred chemical for conditioning and dewatering organic sludge from biological treatment processes. It efficiently bridges fine particles to form large, stable flocs that release water easily.

Solution Preparation & Jar Testing

Prepare solution in plants equipped with dry powders feeding and dispersion units
Use continuous, moderate agitation (less than 400rpm)
Maintain dissolution water temperature between 10°C and 40°C
Allow 40-60 minutes maturation time
Recommended operating concentration: 1g/l (maximum: 15g/l)
Add flocculant solution to water at point of average turbulence for optimal mixing
